HELPFUL INSTRUCTIONS
1. Before saying each affirmation, take one or more deep, rhythmic breaths.
2. Declare these affirmations morning and evening--more if possible.
3. Think and visualize yourself as prosperous, healthy, happy and worthy.
4. Be grateful and give thanks for even the smallest gifts of prosperity. Maintain an attitude of gratitude. Share your blessings with others as Spirit guides you to do so.
5. Realize that prosperity means much more than money or "things." Claim an abundance of love, joy, good health, creativity, and your many spiritual gifts that are waiting for you.
