1. I would like to know your meditation technique that one can use while sitting, twice daily for 15 minutes each. How does one incorporate the violet flame white in meditation?
2. Tyb/Metatron gave a teaching on new Mirkiva/Merkana, stating that Merkaba is not good any more in new energies. Could you please comment on that?
3. In the previous message it was a description of the new "villages". Is it referred to the times of the 4-th D? When is expected time to 'see' these villages on the Earth?
4. When we transmute something within us such as sorrow is it necessary to replace it with something else such as joy or will our higher selves automatically to it?  Would you describe the ethereal body? What would be a discordant energy or impacted energy or dark crystal in the ethereal body?

6. How do I find out where is my nearest city of light?
7. Some people say I should follow their programs or methods to be able to ascend and I don't feel comfortable letting others decide for me. I feel I should follow my own intuition and do what feels right to me. Am I right to feel this way?
